Featured Wines:

1. Pet gNat Effervestant  2017

Made from 100% Chenin Blanc, this summer sparkler is a picnic and poolside must!  New to Pet Nat's?  Yes, there is some gunk in the trunk, but don't be scurred, that's just some nutrients settling down.  Chill and store the bottles upright and try not to shake them up too much - pour until you have about an ounce remaining at the bottom and sacrifice the leftovers to the gnats that be.  Enjoy!

Paired with Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Mousse with Dill, Leek & Caperon Cucumber

2. Swanson Pinot Grigio 2018

Aromas of freshly cut hay and slight hints of guava lead into more subtle notes of pear. On the palate, the wine is balanced with perfect natural acidity that reveals the refreshing yet subtle flavors of litchi and green apple. This wine reflects the ripe, succulent Pinot Grigio flavors that the grapes show on the vine. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with almost any seafood or light pasta dish.

Paired with Shrimp Coconut Beignets

3. Flambeaux Rosé 2019

BRAND NEW RELEASE! The 2019 Flambeaux Rosé bursts with bright and vibrant layers of juicy watermelon and strawberry flavor. Try with: spicy Thai shrimp or grilled seabass to provide a nice counterpoint to the dish without overpowering it. The verve of this wine adds a lightness that meshes well with lighter fare.

Paired with Pork Rillets, Pickled Onion, Creole Mustard

4. Domaine Newman Beaune Burgundy Rouge 2016

This wine is sourced from two vineyards in Beaune - one on the upper slopes of Mont Baptault called Lulunne and the other from Les Beaus Fougets which is close to Pommard on a lower area of the slope. This soft and easy Burgundy has notes of red raspberry and ripe cherry with hints of minerality and earth on the finish.

Paired with Steak Tartare Shaved Parmesan, Grilled Baguette
